JUNTOS cultivates a network of supportive services and grassroots leadership that promotes safety and wellness for children in the community of Lennox.
The mission of JUNTOS is to provide in house coordinated and comprehensive wellness services to the students, staff and families of the Lennox community.
JUNTOS serves the community of Lennox. JUNTOS’ unique partnership within Lennox School District enables it to implement programs embedded within the schools, in coordination and aligned with the goals and objectives of the district. The Lennox School District serves over 4,800 students from preschool age to grade 8. Established in 1910 with one school, the District now provides five pre-school through 5th elementary schools and one middle school.
The integration of JUNTOS within the School District affords it the ability to reach staff, students, and their families. Lennox families consider their district schools to be safe havens and oases of quality education and personal assistance. Families trust the district and their school staff. JUNTOS’ unique partnership with the Lennox School District enables it to provide comprehensive programs and services within a Trauma Informed Care framework in a district-wide setting.
